Question:

While I agree with you that we need to be very careful and wary of the music we listen to, because it does influence us. I think your statements that Lady Gaga and Beyonce sold their souls to the devil are outlandish, and not called for. The Bible says, Jesus says, that anyone who turns to him is saved. Everyone has a chance at grace.

This is just my opinion but I think you need to step back and stop looking up music conspiracy theories. I was once the same as you. I looked up stuff like that all the time, and used it to make people feel bad. I'm not saying that's what you are doing, but I would really step back, think, and pray about what you are saying. Just because Satan was the angel of music, doesn't mean all secular artists are evil and are pawns in him trying to lure us to hell.

Satan tricks people in different, much less obvious ways.

Still, I agree with you that we need to be careful of the music we listen to. I'm a very easily discouraged person so I try only to listen to music that is going to uplift me, it doesn't necessarily have to be about God, but it needs to have a message of hope in it.

Oh and for the record: I don't care for most popular music, especially lady gaga and beyonce. I'm lost since past the days of only listening to what is current and popular with this generation.

Yes everyone has a chance at grace, of course, but it’s up to them to ask for repentance or make things right. But, for the time being they actually have been making references and satanic hand gestures in their videos. They have shown their allegiance to Satan in their videos (even in live performances) and I’m pretty sure the bible does state in Revelation, that all of this will happen. Teenagers will be corrupt and everything will be corrupt in the “last days.” Also lyrics are symbolic to mind control and the more and more they’re exposed to this darkness and worldliness, the harder it will be for them to  hear God’s voice or God’s word. I never stated that ALL celebrities are on this path, but a select group most definitely are. And most likely it’s the one’s that are achieving the most fame. I use to listen to Lady Gaga over and over and Beyonce too, until I really took notice in what they’re doing and something inside me told me “something is not right.” My goal isn’t to make these celebrities “look bad.” I’m just telling people to watch out before they get so caught up in the music that they really don’t care what the lyrics are. I don’t want to see anyone fall into the materialistic lifestyle that these certain celebrities are portraying as “the way you’re suppose to live life” (they give the message that money, fame, and sex are what life is all about) That’s very dangerous and it can definitely influence the way people act. That’s all.
